Established in 1997 by the Kültür Educational Foundation (KEV), one of Turkey’s oldest private educational organizations, Istanbul Culture University aspires to be a leading institution in Turkey and Europe. The university offers a wide range of academic programs, including 59 departments, 54 master’s programs, 11 doctoral programs, and 2 vocational schools.
